We deliver our goods only throughout Switzerland. You will usually receive your orders by Swiss B Mail within 5-7 working days. The shipping and packaging costs depend on the value of your order and are added to the sales price.: CHF 3.90 (order value below CHF 21.--), CHF 8.50 (order value below CHF 101.--), CHF 11.50 (order value over CHF 100.--). From a purchase amount of CHF 300 we deliver free of charge to Switzerland.
Ordered goods can also be picked up free of shipping costs. Usually on Saturday between 10:00 and 12:00, and Wednesdays between 18:30 and 19:30. Please announce your pickup in advance!
The risk is transferred to the buyer when the goods are handed over for shipment.
We make every effort to meet the stated delivery times. However, they are not binding.
We will of course inform you immediately in case of delivery delays. If one of the items you ordered is not in stock in our online store, the delivery of the remaining items is not affected. We will deliver missing items as soon as possible and postage free. Claims for damages due to delayed or omitted delivery are excluded. Payments already made will of course be refunded.
