The General Terms and Conditions apply to all services and products provided or delivered by entoshop.ch Jürg Sommerhalder (hereinafter referred to as "entoshop.ch") to the Customer.
Applicability
By submitting an order the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of entoshop.ch.
Orders
The contractual relationship is established by the customer's order and the electronic confirmation of this order by entoshop.ch.
Product range
We take great care with the product information in our online store. Errors in descriptions, illustrations and prices are however reserved. The color of the products shown may differ from the actual product color depending on the screen display.
Payment conditions
Swiss customers have the choice between payment with Visa, Mastercard, Paypal or bank transfer. Invoices are payable within 10 days. Customers in other EU countries have the choice between payment with Visa, Mastercard or Paypal.
We reserve the right to make the delivery of orders dependent on a credit check. Entoshop.ch also reserves the right to execute orders only against prepayment or the provision of a security. Entoshop.ch may cancel an order if the customer is not creditworthy, has one or more outstanding invoices or if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent intent.
Prices
All prices on entoshop.ch are final prices and are given in Swiss Francs (CHF).
We always try to offer you the best possible price. So it can happen that the prices of individual products are changed between the order and delivery. However, we always charge the price that is visible on the entoshop.ch website at the time of your order.
Delivery and shipping conditions
We deliver our socks all over Switzerland and to other EU countries. You will usually receive your orders by Swiss A Mail (or Swiss Post Priority International) within 1-3 working days (or 2-5 working days). The shipping and packaging costs for Swiss customers are a flat rate of CHF 9.50, which is added to the sales price. The shipping and packaging costs abroad are a flat rate of CHF 11.50 (order value up to CHF 39.00), CHF 14.50 (order value up to CHF 100.00), CHF 19.50 (order value up to CHF 300.00), CHF 31.50 (order value up to CHF 600.00), they are added to the sales price. From a purchase amount of CHF 600.-- we deliver free of charge to other European countries.
Additional duties, taxes and fees may apply for deliveries to EU countries.
The risk is transferred to the buyer when the goods are handed over for shipment.
We try to keep the indicated delivery times. However, they are not binding.
In case of delivery delays we will of course inform you by-pass. If one of your ordered items is not in stock, the delivery of the remaining items is not affected. We will deliver missing articles as soon as possible and postage free. Claims for damages due to delayed or omitted delivery are excluded. Payments already made will of course be refunded.
Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of entoshop.ch.
until full payment has been received.
Right of return and revocation
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days.
Articles can be returned within 7 days after receipt in the original packaging. We can only take back unused, undamaged and unopened products including all accessories. The costs for the return are at the expense of the buyer. In case of a return of unordered or defective goods we will of course refund the costs of the return shipment.
As soon as we have received the goods back, we will immediately refund any payments made. We reserve the right to deduct a portion of the purchase price to be refunded for damage or wear and tear.

Warranty and liability
For the warranty the legal regulations apply.
Please check the contents of your package upon receipt. Please report any material or manufacturing defects within 7 days of receipt of the goods by e-mail (sales@entoshop.ch). Unfortunately, we cannot assume any liability for errors reported later.
Data protection
The data necessary for the business transaction will be stored securely electronically, treated confidentially and not passed on to third parties.
By registering on entoshop.ch the customer agrees to receive information from entoshop.ch. The customer has the possibility to unsubscribe at any time by sending a simple message to sales@entoshop.ch.

Final provisions
Should one or more provisions of these GTC become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
